This Christmas our Cookery School will be running a variety of classes for children, teenagers and indeed the whole family. Join us as we celebrate the build up to our favourite of festivities and encourage the children to learn some new tips and tricks in the kitchen to impress the family this Christmas.


Tuesday 20th December: Christmas Cookery & Floristry

Joined by Tina, our Head Florist, the day will start with everyone making their own hand-tied Christmas table decoration, yours to take home to adorn your festive tables, or give away as a gift. Then its time for everyone to put on their chefs aprons and get hands on creating delicious, seasonal dishes designed to inspire young foodies into the kitchen over the festive season.

Wednesday 21st December: Christmas Baking & Decorating

Led by our Cookery School team, everyone will have the chance to bake their own gingerbread and shortbread biscuits in a variety of shapes and sizes to take home and perhaps even pop on your tree!

Whilst the gingerbread is baking and cooling we’ll all eat a delicious lunch together, before you get hands-on icing and finishing your beautiful biscuits. You’ll leave not only with the decorations but with a some shortbread gifts, perfect to fill a stocking or pop under the tree for a loved one.

Thursday 22nd December: Cooking Together at Christmas

Being Christmas, you can expect lots of festive flavours, indulgent seasonal delights and most importantly a selection of delicious, inspiring recipes for you to enjoy creating together with us and at home.

We firmly believe that food is the perfect way to bring people together- we do hope that you agree and look forward to welcoming you and your family for an inspiring day in the kitchen.
