Bone broth is known to be rich in vitamins and nutrients including calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. As bone broth is in liquid form, many of these vitamins and nutrients are in a soluble form that can be easier to digest. According to Medical News Today, adding additional ingredients such as vegetables can provide even more of these essential nutrients and vitamins.
2 – PROTECTS JOINTS AND BONES
Many of us are becoming deficient in essential nutrients that support bone health including calcium. A 2015 study in found that the amino acid glycine is a safe therapeutic option to improve sleep, and that people who take glycine before sleeping may feel that they sleep better and feel more rested the following day.
