We have plenty of winter cookery classes and workshops at our Cotswolds farm’s Cookery School.

Growing our produce organically, according to the seasons and as nature intended is at the core of Daylesford. This extends into our farm’s Cookery School; behind it are a passionate team of tutors and experts that bring key cookery skills to life in hands-on classes that celebrate seasonal cooking.

The festive period provides us with plenty of winter cookery opportunities; from making the most of the season’s produce in a delicious dinner party or perfecting a feast for Christmas day, our passionate Cookery School team is on hand to share their best tips and tricks to see you through the winter.
