We are excited to welcome chef and presenter Clodagh McKenna to Daylesford Organic Farm to celebrate her latest book ‘In Minutes’.

Clodagh will host a morning in our 29-acre Market Garden alongside Jez Taylor, Head of our Market Garden, talking all things fruit and vegetables, how we grow, why we grow, what we grow. You will visit our Chelsea Garden, polytunnels, cutting garden and bountiful orchard. Clodagh will demonstrate delicious recipes from her new book in our Tipi, inspired by your walk and the produce you have seen, in addition to signing copies of her book.

To also celebrate World Bee Day, which raises the awareness of the importance of bees and beekeeping, Clodagh will bring some of her own honey, from her six working beehives at home, for a taste test and to incorporate into her recipes.

Clodagh will then hold a further book signing in the main Farmshop, for the duration of the afternoon.

Clodagh is the much-loved resident chef on ITV’s This Morning, as well as being a regular face on the Marilyn Denis Show & The Today Show in Canada and the USA, respectively. Clodagh is the author of 8 cookbooks, the latest being ‘In Minutes’ which is already an Amazon best-seller in the UK & Ireland.

Clodagh lives in Broadspear with her husband Harry, beloved dogs Alfie & Nolly and their 12 hens, 6 ducks and 12 Aberdeen Angus cattle. Over the past four years they have restored a one-acre, eighteenth-century walled vegetable and fruit garden, set up six working beehives, an orchard, wormeries and wildflower meadows which she shares with her passionate audience across her social media channels.
