Nature is full of beautiful colours and this Natural Dyeing workshop will show you how to harness natural colour using foraged botanicals and sustainable textiles.

With guidance from experts, you will learn the fundamentals of this craft and the practical skills to hand dye a set of linen napkins to take home and enjoy for years to come.

The workshop fee includes coffee and pastries on arrival, all the required materials and a two-course seasonal fork-to-table lunch.

The Cloth Collective was founded by Charlotte Lawson Johnston, selling hand dyed, non-toxic fabric by the metre, with a mission to make our homes a healthier place to be. Their natural dyes are created from British botanicals and bio waste, offering a natural, sustainable choice of interior textiles.

Sarah Burns is a pattern designer, block printer and natural dyer, with a masters from Chelsea College of Art. Her textile workshop “Sarah Burns Patterns” is in Sussex, where they make seasonal local cloth using foraged fruits, nuts & leaves. Sarah is passionate about textiles that are kind to the environment and which aren’t created using any harsh chemicals.
