Antinori Supper Club at The Wild Rabbit

For more than six centuries the Antinori family has been committed to the art of winemaking, experimenting with both traditional and innovative philosophies to create a heritage and world-renowned winery.
Infusing tradition, passion and intuition through 26 generations of winemaking, the Antinori’s bring with them an incredible selection of their finest wines to The Wild Rabbit’s carefully curated supper club.
The evening begins in the bar with a sparkling glass of Blanc de Blancs Franciacorta accompanied by canapés, before guests are guided through to the private dining room.
Throughout the evening guests will experience a fantastic opportunity to discover the many different flavours from one of the worlds most revered winemakers, The Wild Rabbit’s Sommelier Norbert Budai will be on hand to guide guests through the tasting journey.
The Wild Rabbit’s head chef Nathan Eades has created a seasonal menu that perfectly complements the characteristics of the Antinori wines, detailed below.
