English asparagus is widely believed to be the best in the world and the earthy, sweet green spears are a true culinary joy of early summer.

The asparagus season is all too brief – only eight weeks – so to make the most of this singular crop, we have invited acclaimed chef Nathan Eades from our sister pub The Wild Rabbit to prepare a special asparagus supper.

Guests will enjoy a four course menu of asparagus-based dishes, featuring both classic and innovate flavours, using organic ingredients sourced from Daylesford farm.

This unique supper will be held at the Cookery School at Daylesford on Tuesday 29th May. Book now to reserve your place and see out the last days of the short asparagus season with a memorable Chef’s Table feast.
