Join us for an evening of lines, tones and textures with illustrator MAY VAN MILLINGEN.

During the evening you will be using watercolour paints to explore drawing approaches and understand line, tone, texture and composition used in still life drawing. You will create work that has interesting textures as well as fluid, loose colours, all you need to do is gather together a small assortment of fruit and vegetables from your kitchen. Some examples you could gather to draw include peaches, lemons, figs, pears, pomegranates, chillies, tomatoes, onions, garlic and root vegetables.

Choose to receive a small beginner’s illustration kit or if you have the materials and are ready to go, opt for class only.
