During pregnancy and when nursing a newborn, nutrition and healthful eating becomes hugely important for you and your little one. It’s also a time when you might experience cravings or nausea and feel more tired and time-pressed than ever. This half day course will explore simple ways to include nourishing ingredients in your home cooking and suggestions to ease nausea and indigestion as well as exploring how your diet can support breast-feeding and aid recovery from childbirth.

Over the course of the day you will enjoy a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery, creating your own delicious dishes which will all be eaten together around our Chef’s Table. Developed alongside our resident nutritionist, Rhaya Jordan, this is a wonderful course for expectant and new mums who are looking for ways to support their health through nutritious, delicious foods.
