Michelin-starred chef TOM KITCHIN will be at our Kingham farmshop to sign copies of his latest book, Tom Kitchin’s Fish & Shellfish, from 11-11.30am on Sunday 9th December.
Tom Kitchin’s food and philosophy resonates with Daylesford’s own. His cooking style is centred on an appreciation of the freshest produce in season, sourced locally and prepared in a way that lets the ingredients speak for themselves.
After the book-signing, Tom is preparing a celebratory three-course supper to be served at Daylesford that evening. Spaces are limited and booking is essential, more information on the supper HERE.
