Knowing how to assemble the perfect cheeseboard is a brilliant skill to have at any time of year, particularly as we near Christmas.

Join us at Daylesford for a special workshop with our passionate Head Cheesemaker Peter Kindel, who is a fount of knowledge on the subject. You will learn all about how cheese is made and how to taste it properly, with a wealth of insights, advice and tips on matching flavours. Of course, you will be invited to try plenty of samples of Daylesford’s award-winning cheeses made by hand on our organic farm, as well as delicious cheeses sourced from further afield. By the end of the hour-long workshop you will know the secrets to creating a varied, balanced cheeseboard for parties, suppers and general feasting throughout the festive period.
