While you enjoy mulled wine and mince pies, London-based florist Katie will guide you through the beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage of winter and encourage you to be inspired by the shapes, textures, colours and scents. You will learn about working with seasonal materials, with plenty of tips on design, working with textures, tint and colour as well as how best to care for floral designs.
