Daylesford Discusses: Foundations of Wellbeing: Notting Hill
17th January 2022
Join us for the first Daylesford Discusses event of 2022 at our Notting Hill farmshop on 17th January, 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
Our expert panel will focus on a topic inspired by New Year Resolutions for mind, body and soul to support the foundations of wellbeing.
Our panel represents the most common resolutions people make, e.g. eating better, exercising more, learning new skills and making better choices for the planet. The panel will explore why these pledges are so popular, why resolutions might be broken or abandoned, and share expert tips on how to set achievable, meaningful goals that can make a real difference.
We have secured an amazing panel featuring:
- Matthew Fort, food writer and critic
- Roger Frampton, author and expert on movement, mobility, fitness and freedom
- Kathy Slack, author & kitchen garden expert
- Jamie Crummie, co-founder and self-proclaimed “Waste Warrior” from food waste movement Too Good To Go
- Rhaya Jordan, resident nutritionist at Daylesford (panel host)
