Join us for the second of our monthly London supper clubs at our Notting Hill farmshop. Our supper clubs run on the last Thursday of the month and are inspired by the organic produce from our farm and Market Garden. Our chefs will create a seasonal three course menu and mouth-watering canapes for each evening, for you to enjoy in the surroundings of our farmshops.
Join us on Thursday 27th June when we’ll be celebrating summer’s most delicious ingredients with the following seasonal dishes.
Soft boiled quail egg, black sesame seeds, crispy Wootton estate bacon; Adelstrop gougere, sorrel crème fraiche; Wootton estate chicken liver parfait, toasted focaccia, apple & chilli chutney
Baked Penyston brie with chives, spiced squash chutney & pea shoot salad
Dry-aged beef striploin, roasted potatoes, nettle salsa verde*, Market Garden leaves & bone marrow sauce
Rhubarb & custard mille-feuille, elderflower sorbet*
Everything is organic unless marked * and when we source from outside our farm, we always choose quality organic ingredients when they’re available.
