Join us for a relaxed and slightly tipsy time devoted to the pleasures of real cider making.

Begin the morning in our MARKET GARDEN learning about the perfect apples and techniques needed for the cider you are aiming to achieve. Using traditional, artisan methods JEZ TAYLOR will guide you through the steps of practical cider making at home using a variety of our organic cider apples. During the morning you will get hands-on with practical cider making whilst learning the secrets to creating truly delicious home-made cider you can be proud of.

You will then be guided back to the Cookery School where you will sit down to a seasonal lunch prepared by our expert tutors whilst we pour you a glass or two of our own organic ciders. At the end of the day you will leave fully equipped with 25 litres of juice to share with your friends and family at home.
