Hosted by our COOKERY SCHOOL, this workshop will cover different pasta dough techniques including the shaping process and regionality, plus delicious, simple sauces.

In this masterclass you will enjoy a series of demonstrations as well as hands-on cookery sessions. The course will provide plenty of tips, inspiration and confidence for you to take home to your own kitchens.

This series sees monthly food masterclasses hosted in London by our Daylesford Cookery School to provide local foodies with a taste of the courses held at our Cotswolds farm.
