Kathy will use organic ingredients from our farmshop to make some of her favourite seasonal recipes to share on our Garden Mezzanine this Saturday lunchtime:

  • Apple and chestnut flan
  • Roast cauliflower, kale pesto and toasted hazelnuts
  • Spinach and smoked haddock rarebit
  • Fried pears, blue cheese and bitter leaves

About Kathy Slack

Kathy is a cook and writer who has previously worked at Daylesford Organic Farm. Now she works full time writing and developing recipes, hosting supper clubs and cookery classes and food styling. She has a regular column in Borough Market’s award-winning magazine, Market Life, as well as a regular slot on BBC Radio Oxford. She won a Young British Foodies award in 2019 and in the same year her blog, Gluts and Gluttony, won a Soil Association award for Best Blog.
