This full-day course is all about taking a fresh look at the classic English Breakfast and how good it can be with a little care and attention.

When each component part is carefully sourced, ingredients are the freshest possible and everything made from scratch, this iconic “greasy spoon” meal is transformed into something glorious.

Join us for a culinary journey that examines each element of the dish, from cooking the perfect egg, making homemade baked beans to trounce anything out of a tin, the best sausages, black pudding and more. Taking inspiration from the fantastic organic produce we grow, rear and make here at the FARM, you will experience breakfast like never before and return home having mastered new artisan skills and techniques.

On arrival, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our CHEF’S TABLE to try everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence, CHATEAU LEOUBE.
