Our florists and chefs have created a new series of events to honour the seasonal growing calendar in our organic Cutting Garden and Market Garden at our Cotswold farm.

Held monthly in our beautiful new Dovecote space, the new garden gatherings invite you to celebrate and enjoy the best things growing at that time, through unique floristry and seasonal dining experiences.

You will start with creating natural floral arrangements for the table under the guidance of our in-house floristry tutors, before sitting down for a simple, delicious lunch made by our chefs with ingredients freshly harvested from our own organic Market Garden.

Each garden gathering will change every month; for example in May the floral focus will be on lily of the valley and lunch will feature the likes of fresh peas, broad beans, wild garlic and soft herbs. In June, the natural table decorations will showcase colourful peonies and lunch is likely to include the first crops of strawberries, radishes, fennel and early tomatoes. See below for a list of varieties we will focus on each month.

Three hours total (90 minutes for the floristry workshop and 90 minutes for lunch), leaving plenty of time to browse our farmshop, enjoy a spa treatment or a country walk to complete a perfect day.
