The Daylesford Cookery School and the Giffords Circus Head Chef Ols Halas have teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind Chef’s Table Supper this May

Guests will be able to relax around the Cookery School’s central island as they watch delicious dishes being prepared right in front of them by Ols Halas, the head chef from the Giffords Circus on-site restaurant Circus Sauce. Each dish will be taken from the Giffords Circus Cookbook, co-written by Giffords Circus owner, Nell Gifford and Ols, the cookbook contains over 100 recipes inspired by Circus Sauce, Giffords Circus travelling restaurant.

With engaging recipe demonstrations, delicious organic food from Daylesford farm and the culinary skill of two talented teams, this will be an evening to remember. As the evening draws to a close, guests will leave with their very own copy of the Giffords Circus Cookbook – providing you with everything you need to bring the Giffords Circus magic into your own kitchen at home!
