A self-proclaimed passionate foodie, Eve believes that maintaining good gut health is at the core of our health and wellbeing. Her food philosophy emphasises that having a healthy attitude and approach to eating well is not about unnecessary restriction but having an entirely inclusive, wide and diverse repertoire.
Be Good to Your Gut is her first book, published September 2017.

Eve is a registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She also holds a BA degree in Psychology.
Eve regularly hosts interactive workshops, talks and retreats with various media, brands and wellbeing companies. She writes regularly about food, nutrition and wellbeing for Psychologies magazine and matchesfashion.com. She also works with The Guardian on masterclasses around healthy eating.
