Daylesford’s new range of high-dose supplements are launching in January 2021 and to celebrate the launch, we are hosting a series of special Guide to Supplements events with our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan.

Rhaya Jordan consulted on the development of Daylesford’s new range of high-quality food-based supplements, launching in 2021. Rhaya will focus on a specific concern at each Guide to Supplements event.
This Guide to Supplements covers Daily Wellbeing, including the basics of good supplements, what foods to combine them with to get the most benefits from supplements and how to decide what might suit you.
Rhaya will address common questions such as whether supplements are needed alongside a healthy diet, and where to start when deciding what to take..
About Rhaya Jordan
Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist who has been in practice for 30 years. She was one of the core team that introduced the first Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Therapy to the UK. Having lectured at both undergraduate and post-grad level, she now runs workshops for the public. Her core speciality is supporting people with diabetes and she delivers an online programme along with retreats for diabetics. Rhaya is also interested in sustainable agriculture and food, and holds a Permaculture Design Certificate.
