We are delighted to be welcoming Patrick Holden, founding director of The Sustainable Food Trust, to Daylesford on Monday 18th March for an informal discussion exploring the planetary diet concept and the need to protect the future health of our planet

Join us in conversation with Patrick, co-hosted by our resident Environmental Scientist Tim Field, Senior Farms Manager Richard Smith and Head Market Gardener Jez Taylor.

An old friend to Daylesford, Patrick will describe his journey to becoming the leading voice of sustainable food, whilst explaining some of the great challenges facing society as we stress our planetary boundaries. The Sustainable Food Trust and The Daylesford Foundation have been collaborating on a revolutionary Sustainability Metric for farming and food, whereby we transition to a model of farming that works in harmony with nature, making the polluter pay.
