With Seville oranges at their best, January is synonymous with marmalade making at Daylesford. We are delighted to welcome our friends from Seedlip to join our talented Cookery School tutors for this special marmalade masterclass.

Upon arrival you will be offered a variety of drinks made with Seedlip, the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit. Meanwhile, your hosts will share insights about amazing alcohol-free drinks and cocktails – perfect if you are doing “dry January” or cutting back your drinking following the festive period.

Guided by our Daylesford Cookery School team, you will then learn how to make your very own seasonal marmalade before being shown how this distinctive preserve can be enjoyed in cocktails as well as on toast.

Each guest will receive a gift bag including Seedlip and Daylesford organic marmalade.
