From the Butcher’s Block to your plate, Daylesford at the Marylebone Food Festival.

Celebrate the quality and provenance of high-welfare, pasture-raised organic meat with this unique dining experience that brings the skill of our butchers front and centre.

Our talented female butcher Sammy will be preparing cuts to order, while sharing knowledge about Daylesford meat and our sustainable organic farms in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire gained from years mastering the butcher’s block.

Our chefs will then prepare the chosen cuts and personally serve each table, giving you an in-depth understanding of the cooking methods and fresh organic ingredients.

Our wine specialist will be on hand to recommend wines produced at Château Léoube, our organic vineyard in France, to complement your meal perfectly.
