Join us as we immerse ourselves in the delicious world of non-alcoholic cocktails with Borrago. Held in our Chelsea Garden Room, in the heart of our 28 acre organic Market Garden, this two-hour masterclass will involve making exciting cocktails, with experts from Borrago on hand showing us how to use their flavoursome botanical blends.
Like Daylesford, Borrago know the importance of pure, natural ingredients for taste and wellbeing and use only the finest distilled ingredients in their drinks. Guests will try their hand at making a black martini, breakfast in a glass or a ‘Begroni’, all from Borrago’s latest cocktail book, and will discover the fun and theatre of cocktails without alcohol.
The class will come to an end with time to reflect on your creations, then all that is left is to sip, savour and enjoy.

With Cotswolds roots, the now Oxfordshire-based brand was founded by Tom Tuke-Hastings who felt the adult non-alcoholic drinks market did not offer enough choice.
