Let your senses come alive in this two-hour workshop learning how to use herbs in cocktails. Botanical spirit brand, Borrago, will lead the class, demonstrating how to pair the flavours of various herbs with their drinks, all naturally delicious and made without sugar or alcohol.

Learn how herbs can act as an ingredient or garnish and how to unlock their individual scents and flavours, including the trick of setting fire to rosemary or orange peel and how to layer in the punchiness of orange peel for an added kick.

The class will be held in our Chelsea Garden Room and all ingredients will be sourced from our 28 acre organic Market Garden, fusing Borrago’s pure blends with our naturally grown flavours. Tasters will be enjoyed throughout the class, and guests will leave with their own bottle of Borago to experiment with at home.
