Let your senses come alive in this two-hour workshop in creating delicious non-alcoholic cocktails over the festive season at our Cotswold Farm. Non-alcoholic botanical spirit brand Borrago will lead the class and will demonstrate how to pair the flavours of herbs with their drinks, all naturally delicious and made without sugar or alcohol – the ideal guilt-free drink for your Christmas party or gathering.

You’ll learn how herbs can act as an ingredient or garnish and how to unlock their individual scents and flavours, including the trick of setting fire to rosemary or orange peel and how to layer in the punchiness of orange peel for an added kick, with all garnishes grown in our 28 acre organic Market Garden. Tasters will be enjoyed throughout the class and guests will leave with their own bottle of Borago to experiment with at home.
