With summer in full swing, we’re celebrating outdoor eating with our very first picnic particulars masterclass. Held at our Brompton Cross farmshop, this two hour class will teach you how to create a classic British picnic, with our chefs demonstrating three key dishes: a classic sausage roll, a Daylesford seasonal salad and a scotch egg.

In this immersive workshop you’ll have the chance to create your own dishes to take home alongside enjoying tasters made from fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from our organic Market Garden at our Cotswolds farm. At the end of the session you’ll leave with your creations and the skills to create a quintessentially British picnic.
