Join us for our very first red wine dinner at our Pimlico farmshop. Over three courses you’ll explore a range of artisan red wines that are created on our sister estate in Château Léoube, Provence, France.
Château Léoube is home to our organic vineyard where we create our delicious Château Léoube wines. The estate is spread across 560 hectares, with 65 hectares of vineyards that grow the grapes for our award-winning Léoube wines.
With a glass of Sparkling de Léoube upon arrival, each seasonal dish will be perfectly paired to your wine:
Seared venison loin, roasted shallots, horseradish crème fraîche and orange
Léoube Collector: a limited edition wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc, this unique and original red wine distinguishes itself by its powerful and sharp structure
Whole roasted Wootton Estate partridge, parsnip purée, braised cavolo nero, game chips & red wine
Forts de Léoube: a dry red wine with 4 grape varieties – Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah – impresses by its depth and its complexity
Pears poached in red wine and cinnamon with vanilla whipped cream
Rouge de Léoube: a beautiful spicy and dry red, you’ll never get tired of this red wine thanks to its deliberate light touch gently dancing across your taste buds
