Come and join grower and designer Milli Proust in creating a beautiful, garden-inspired seasonal bouquet to celebrate the launch of her book From Seed to Bloom.

You will be able to work with the most gorgeous floral ingredients grown by Milli on her farm in Sussex, along with a gentle walk around the Daylesford Cutting Garden to find and snip those extra special flourishes that will make your bouquet stand out.

Milli will guide you through how to condition flowers properly, picking a colour palette, the ingredients to go for in a fail-safe bouquet recipe, and a spiral technique to make the bouquet. The class will finish with a lesson on wrapping your bouquet for gifting, and it will be all yours to take home.
