The end of the “hungry gap” – the time of year when growing and harvesting is at its slowest – is cause for celebration.
Join us in the Glasshouse at Daylesford for a special supper club to welcome the best of the new season on Saturday 27th April.
Our chefs have been inspired by springtime’s most delicious ingredients to create a mouth-watering three course menu. Everything is organic unless marked * and when we source from outside our farm, we always choose quality organic ingredients when they’re available.
Poached duck egg and asparagus, truffle* vinaigrette
Roast rack of Daylesford lamb, potato and fennel gratin, slow roast tomato and olive sauce
Rhubarb and blood orange jelly with ginger fool and shortbread
