Thai Supper Club: Cotswolds

Stave off the winter blues with our authentic Thai supper club held on our Cotswolds farm. The evening will be hosted by our resident Thai chef Kuttiya Nimcean who joined the team at Daylesford a number of years ago after working as Executive Head Chef of the internationally renowned Chiva Som in Hua Him near Bangkok, Thailand.
Over the course of three hours you’ll be taken on a culinary journey with Kuttiya, discovering different flavours and textures that are unique to Thai cuisine. The mouthwatering menu, packed with distinctive bold flavours of southeast Asia, will transport you to warmer climes and is the perfect antidote for a cold winter’s evening.
Menu will be confirmed nearer the time of the supper club.
Please note that because of COVID secure guidelines, it is only possible to book tables of up to six people.
