Join us this Dry January for a masterclass on the art of aperitifs. Hosted by ÆCORN, a new non-alcoholic aperitifs brand and sister company of Seedlip, this workshop at our Brompton Cross farmshop will dive into the history of the aperitif tradition. With tastings enjoyed throughout the evening, guests will learn how to create simple and delicious drinks with experts from Æcorn sharing their tips for pairing flavours.

Traditionally an alcoholic beverage used to whet the appetite before dinner, aperitifs have long been associated with improving our enjoyment of food.
