The Art Of Aperitifs For Dry January Masterclass With Æcorn: Cotswolds
22nd January 2020
Join us this Dry January for a masterclass on the art of aperitifs. Hosted by ÆCORN, a new non-alcoholic aperitifs brand and sister company of Seedlip, this workshop at our Cotswolds farmshop will dive into the history of the aperitif tradition. With tastings enjoyed throughout the afternoon, guests will learn how to create simple and delicious drinks with experts from Æcorn sharing their tips for pairing flavours.
Traditionally an alcoholic beverage used to whet the appetite before dinner, aperitifs have long been associated with improving our enjoyment of food. Discover how Æcorn’s non-alcoholic aperitifs can still generate the same enjoyment when paired with the right foods and uncover the world of enjoyable non-alcoholic drinks.
About Æcorn Aperitifs:
ÆCORN APERITIFS is the world’s first range of non-alcoholic aperitifs. Inspired by 17th century English herbal remedies and the European aperitif tradition, they use 100% English-grown Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes blended with appetite stimulating herbs, roots and bitter botanicals to create their range of distinctive non-alcoholic aperitifs.
