Eating well has a huge effect both on how we feel and how our brains and bodies function. FEED YOUR BODY & MIND will explore the relationship between good nutrition and our well-being, taking a look at which foods can enhance our mood and help us feel at our best.

We will look at the roles of fat, protein, vegetables, grains and sugar in our diets and how best to create delicious meals and recipes which will help you feel balanced and well.Throughout the day we will cook a series of recipes together, introducing you to delicious ways of including important nutrients in your cooking at home, explaining how to avoid foods that might have a draining effect on your mood and discussing the important link between the gut and brain health.

Designed in collaboration with our resident nutritionist, RHAYA JORDAN, this course will include plenty of expert advice as well as a series of delicious, seasonal dishes created using organic ingredients from our FARM and MARKET GARDEN.
