This full-day course looks at some of our favourite recipes that are simplicity itself to prepare. Ideal for feeding hungry crowds with minimal washing up afterwards, these meals are perfect for relaxed suppers on busy nights as well as easy, delicious solutions for dinner parties.

Combining both demonstrations and hands-on guided cookery sessions with our tutors, you will learn how to make dishes such as hearty ragouts, comforting risotto and paella, vibrant tray bakes and tempting puddings.
