Join us in the Daylesford COOKERY SCHOOL this December for a course designed to inspire you with festive ideas to make your Christmas Table sparkle. From mulled drinks to stunning centerpieces, delicious sweet treats and nibbles, as well as tips and techniques for the all important turkey, this is a must for anyone taking the helm in the kitchen this Christmas.

Our Cookery School Team will guide you through a series of festive recipes over the course of the day, equipping you with the confidence to create a wonderful family meal on Christmas Day or entertain guests at a dinner party over the festive season. We will cover delicious canapés, elegant starters, a beautifully prepared turkey, tips for delicious accompaniments, as well as imaginative pudding ideas.

On arrival, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and delicious nibbles, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our Chef’s Table to try everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of Prosecco!
