This event will explore the way supplements can be used in cooking as part of a balanced, varied diet to support the foundations for good health.
Made with whole foods sourced from soil and sea, each supplement in the comprehensive range has been ethically processed to preserve beneficial properties and maximise their effectiveness. The range has been designed to nourish you throughout the seasons and deliver effective nutrition where our diets and lifestyle may be lacking.
For this special lunch, our resident nutritionist has joined forces with our Cookery School tutors to create a menu of seasonal ingredients, with the nutritional properties of each dish enhanced by a specially selected supplement:
Salad of raw & fermented mushrooms, linseed crackers and roasted cashew & tamari dressing
