Led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan, our gut health and fermenting workshop will discuss how we can boost our wellbeing through what we eat and the best foods to enjoy as we transition into spring.

During the session, you’ll be given an insight into why and how ferments can aid rest, rejuvenation and gut health, and why that is integral to overall wellbeing. Known as nature’s probiotics, you’ll also learn how to create your own gut-friendly ferments to take home.

About Rhaya Jordan:

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked in both Australia and the UK to share her passion of food, teaching about the importance of sustainability and helping people normalise their relationship with eating.
