As part of our Food Waste Action Week series, our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan is hosting a gut health and fermenting workshop at our MARYLEBONE FARMSHOP to discuss zero-waste and gut friendly recipes to enjoy as we transition into summer.

The session will include zero-waste cooking tips and recipe ideas curated by Rhaya, leaving you inspired for your home cooking throughout the season. You’ll be given an insight into why and how ferments can aid rest, rejuvenation and gut health, and why that is integral to overall wellbeing. Known as nature’s probiotics, you’ll also create your own gut-friendly ferments to take home.

About Rhaya Jordan

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked as both a teacher and leader of eating disorder clinics to help people normalise their relationship with food.
