Comfort food is more than stodgy mashed potatoes and puddings.

We all crave warming foods and hearty dishes in winter, a time of year traditionally associated with hibernation. This workshop will help you take a fresh look at the best foods to enjoy during the colder months to aid rest, rejuvenation and gut health.

This session is led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan, who will inspire you to fill up on delicious winter soups, broths, pulses, quality fats, ferments and seasonal superfoods.

You will pick up all sorts of cooking tips and recipe ideas to ensure you eat well throughout the season and will also have the opportunity to make your own seasonal ferments to take home with you.
