Led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan, our gut health and fermenting workshop at our Notting Hill farmshop will discuss the changing of seasons and the best foods to enjoy as we transition into autumn. Whilst the temptation for comfort food is greater in the colder months, Rhaya will educate guests on the best quality food to enjoy and how we can boost our wellbeing through what we eat.

The session will include cooking tips and recipe ideas curated by Rhaya, leaving you inspired for your home cooking throughout the season. Delicious winter soups, broths, pulses, ferments and seasonal superfoods are all on the menu, and you’ll be given an insight into why and how ferments can aid rest, rejuvenation and gut health, and why that is integral to overall wellbeing. Known as nature’s probiotics, you’ll also create your own gut-friendly ferments to take home.

About Rhaya Jordan

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked as both a teacher and leader of eating disorder clinics to help people normalise their relationship with food.
