Join us for this two hour workshop on how to rejuvenate our health at the time of year traditionally associated with hibernation. As we transition into cooler temperatures and the natural world slows down for a period of rest, we too should take this opportunity to reduce our pace and nurture ourselves, starting with the foods we consume.

Our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan will lead the class, sharing her recipes for delicious winter broths, soups, pulses, quality fats, ferments and superfoods, all of which are warming, hearty foods that can aid rest and rejuvenation. Whilst the temptation for unhealthy comfort food is greater in the colder months, Rhaya will explain the best quality foods to enjoy and how we can boost our wellbeing through what we eat. You’ll leave the class with plenty of tips and cooking ideas to see you through the colder months.
