Making sure you give your body what it wants for health and happiness should always be a priority, especially as the seasons change. This workshop has been designed by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan to help you examine your diet and ensure you are eating as well as possible as we enter early summer.

Rhaya will share a wealth of inspiration and ideas to help you recalibrate your diet and reduce food waste throughout the season. You will learn about the most nutritious foods at this time of year and the most common mistakes that lead to needless waste, with practical tips on food shopping and storage, use by and best before dates, and favourite recipes to use up all your ingredients and make sure nothing goes to waste.
