Join our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan for a seasonal wellness workshop.

This session will explore the foods currently in season that are best for the immune system, with plenty of tips on how to include them in your diet.

Digestive health and allergies are closely linked, so approaching them together is a natural and logical move. Rhaya will focus on foods that optimise digestive health, such as light broths, vinegars and ferments, as well as drinks and teas known for their soothing properties.
