Join our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan for a seasonal wellness workshop. Digestive health and allergies are closely linked, so approaching them together is a natural and logical move.

This session will explore the foods currently in season which are fantastic for the immune system, with plenty of tips on how to include them in your diet.

Rhaya will focus on foods that optimise digestive health, such as light broths, vinegars and ferments, as well as drinks and teas known for their soothing properties.

About Rhaya Jordan

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked in both Australia and the UK to share her passion of food, teaching about the importance of sustainability and helping people normalise their relationship with eating.
