The change in seasons presents an opportunity to work in tandem with nature. In the case of summer leading into autumn, we have the chance to slow down, welcoming a slower-paced period after the intensity of summer and taking the time to nourish our bodies. In this two hour workshop, our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan will demonstrate how to use sustainable nutrition to supercharge your gut as we move into autumn.

As Rhaya is also a qualified herbalist, guests will be introduced to the power of herbs for our health, exploring the benefits they can have on our bodies. There’ll also be the chance to create infused tonics or shrubs using the last of the summer herbs, both of which are brilliant for boosting gut health and supporting the immune system for the change in seasons.
