Wellness Workshop: Surviving the Christmas season: Cotswolds
28th November 2019
Team parties, office treats and festive gatherings can leave us feeling worse for wear in the lead up to Christmas, making us feel exhausted at a time when we should be enjoying ourselves. In this two hour workshop, our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan will discuss how to enjoy these celebrations without over-stretching your health or piling on the pounds.
Balance is the key to wellbeing, so Rhaya will share her favourite recipes and tips for navigating the party season, leaving you feeling and looking your best by the time the New Year comes around. Staying hydrated, sneaking goodness into party food and giving your body the boost it needs from essential nutrients and vitamins are all key to maintaining your wellbeing, and you’ll leave the workshop feeling ready to take on the busyness of December – without the cost to your health.
