The summer months are a hive of activity; nature is fully awakened and buzzing, we naturally feel more energetic due to an increase in sunlight hours and the longer days mean we can squeeze more in. However, it’s important to nurture our wellbeing during the summer months, taking a moment of pause during the busyness that the warm months can bring.

As Rhaya is also a qualified herbalist, guests will be introduced to the power of herbs for our health, exploring the benefits they can have on our bodies. There’ll also be the chance to create infused tonics or shrubs using the last of the summer herbs, both of which are brilliant for boosting gut health and supporting the immune system for the change in seasons.
